Pho By Vinh of course serves all variations and combinations of Pho as well as traditional rice plates and vermicelli noodles. I really enjoyed the multitude of flavors and texture of the Pho. This is truly a very authentic Pho! My Shrimp Pho for beginners was perfect! The Imperial Fried Rice was also fantastically flavorful
