BRGR Stop is definitely worth the stop. They are in a nice location on the Southside of Coconut Creek just blocks before the Broward College North Campus and next to Coconut Creek High School on Coconut Creek Parkway. This is a spot that we order from weekly and I will and tell you that all of the food and in particular the crafted burgers are the product of culinary genius. The serving sizes are large and of great value. They have a really extensive and Wild Craft Burger Selection. One of our favorite appetizers is the White Truffle Bacon Mackin Cheese Balls that are served with roasted garlic, Asiago, tomato jam cream sauce. Another favorite is the Colossal Onion Ring that is served with a Sweet Sriracha dipping sauce.
As for the Burgers, everything that we have tried here is amazing! I must say that the Vampire Slayer (8oz 1855 custom blend Angus patty set upon a toasted and garlic buttered brioche bun with roasted garlic aioli, topped with Proper Artisan bacon, roasted garlic chipotle sun cheese, and their house-made tomato jam) is my standby. Another one of our favorites is the Serenity Bleu AKA Buffalo Blue Cheese. (House blend BRGR marinated in their buffalo sauce grilled and topped with Dutch blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion). But I will tell you that we have tried almost every burger and always were left licking our fingers. I guarantee that you will be blown away by the explosion of flavors. The service staff knows their menu and offer helpful insight which makes ordering easier and faster. However, during peak times the wait can be long since good fresh food takes time. The burgers are amazing and the beer is cold. Join their mailing list for weekly specials!
