Our new neighbors had recently invited us to Rosie’s Bar & Grill out for a mid-week dinner. We have been to Rosie’s on numerous occasions and had decided to use this opportunity to update our last review of Rosie’s which had been in March of 2020. We were seated outside in the tropically decorated and landscaped patio area. Their outdoor patio is equipped for all seasons and weather. Our server, Christian, who was accompanied by a training server advised us of the happy hour and specials for the evening. As our drinks arrived, we ordered a Big Chicken Nachos to share as an appetizer. (Note: This is a BIG Chicken Nachos). The portion and the presentation were right on point and enough for the 4 of us. From there we ordered our entrees. I had my usual, the Miley Highclub, which was cooked to a perfect medium-well. Burgers are the main theme on the menu; however, everything that I have ever ordered here at Rosie’s has also been excellent.
The food is always good. This place does get packed, and there usually is a very small wait but there is plenty of space inside as well as outside. During the Halloween season, this place goes all out on scene decorations. Drinks are on point, not overpowering but a good pour. Check the Daily Specials and Happy Hour. If you are still undecided on an appetizer may I suggest the War of the Rosies which is a great choice for starters? It has a little bit of everything and is enough for 2 to 3 people. The Coconut Shrimp are large and plentiful. Doris had the French Onion Soup which was a good size with a hearty piece of French Bread. She said, “ it was gooey with yummy cheese and onions.” We shared the Pecan Pie Bread Pudding with fresh whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and thick caramel syrup, and it was totally enough for 4! The Miley Highclub Burger rocks! I can’t wait to be back for another. Always have good friendly service and we always have a great time here.
