After a few false starts and rescheduled plans, we finally had the chance to visit Doc B’s Restaurant, and it was well worth the wait. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and attentive service.
We were promptly seated near the open kitchen, which was so clean it looked as though you could eat off the floor. The hostess even took the time to explain their QR code menu, a thoughtful touch for anyone who might not be tech-savvy.
A Feast of Flavors and a Touch of Kindness
Our meal began with the House Made Guacamole, served with Doc B’s famous sweet potato chips. The guacamole was incredibly fresh, and the flavor combination was simply fantastic.
For our main courses, Doris chose the Knife and Fork Cobb Salad topped with a gold coast vinaigrette. It was so delicious that she joked about wanting to lick the plate clean! After she complimented the delicious cornbread croutons, the manager, Britney, even made sure we took some home with us—a truly awesome gesture.
I ordered the Mediterranean Shrimp Salad with a sensational avocado vinaigrette. Every bite was an explosion of fresh, vibrant flavors. I’m still trying to get the recipe for that dressing!
Our servers, Becca and Sam, were both professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They provided excellent recommendations for food and drinks, making our first visit a great experience from start to finish.
We ended the meal with a classic Pumpkin Cheesecake topped with fresh whipped cream. The perfect sweet ending to an incredible dinner.
Doc B’s Restaurant offers an amazing dining experience with delicious, fresh food, and a staff that goes above and beyond. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! DocBsRestaurant #SouthFloridaFoodies #SouthFloridaEats #FortLauderdaleFoodie #MiamiEats #EatLocalFL #FreshFood
