We arrived a few minutes ahead of our reservation and were offered to sit inside or out. Out would be a slight wait but that is normal since most of the tourists like to sit next to the mega yachts. As we were shown to our table I couldn’t help but notice the open layout of the tables ensuring that you are never too close to the table next to you yet still creating a feeling of intimacy. We took inside and were seated and greeted promptly by our waiter Jimmy. After we ordered drinks and our appetizer Jimmy went over the specials with us and made some good suggestions. The Charred Octopus appetizer was sensational, to say the least. We ordered the Spice Crusted Salmon that I had ordered the last time we had dinner here and Doris had the Grilled Mahi Mahi with the Mango Pecan Brown Butter accompanied by Garlic Mashed Potatoes. The Spice Crusted Salmon was off the wall incredible!!! Needless to say, I came back just for that dish alone. The Mahi was cooked to perfection and the Mango Sauce…. I could have that on anything and love it. The Service was awesome and the S’more was The Bomb!
Chef Richard Harris truly knows his clientele’s palate. This is a really nice place and I will be returning soon and often. If you are staying in one of the local hotels and going or returning from a cruise, this is the perfect place to start or end the vacation. Do not miss this place.
