We truly had a blast here. They have a really great intimate atmosphere: perfect date spot or even just a casual place to hang with friends. Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by the host who promptly escorted us to our table. On our way to our table, we had passed a small stage that was set up for live entertainment.
Our servers came over and explained the menu and the concept to us which is something that I really like. For our drinks, we ordered the Sangria which came highly recommended. You choose from red or white wine then Rene wheels over a rustic cart with several jars of cut-up fresh fruits. You get to choose the fruit that goes into the Sangria, truly customized Sangria. For tapas we ordered the Champinones al Ajillo, Garbanzo con Chistorra, Chorizos al Cava, Gambas al Ajillo, Pimientoes de Piquillo Rellenos and Patatas Bravas. I could not even begin to tell you the cornucopia of flavors that were unleashed onto my palate. As explained by the server the tapas come out as they are done and in no particular order.
For our entrée, we ordered the Marisco Paella for 3 which was really one of the better ones that I have had in a while. It was packed with seafood and is mixed and served tableside for added flair. I wish that I had more room to order dessert, but we were taking food home with us. I know that we will be back to Eatapas very soon.
