Anyday Boca Raton – A Culinary Oasis & Unforgettable Mediterranean Flavor Bomb

We’ve been on the hunt for our next favorite restaurant, and I’m thrilled to share a new gem that I discovered with my wife, Doris WithaD. We just had a fantastic dinner at a spot that’s been getting some serious buzz: Anyday in Boca Raton (9658 Glades Road). While it’s only been open for about six months, it’s already a go-to recommendation, and for good reason!

From the moment we sat down, I realized that every dish at Anyday is an experience. We started our night by diving into their Happy Hour (daily food & drink specials 3 PM-6 PM, bar only 6 PM-7 PM), and the small plates were absolutely delicious. The Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin Tips were perfectly tender, and the savory Beef Sliders were a total flavor bomb. The real standout, though, were the Spicy Crispy Shrimp—lightly battered and tossed in a garlic sweet chili sauce, they were wild and tasty, aka delicious! Our server, Matthew, was an absolute pro, nailing everything from his drink recommendations to his knowledge of the new menu. Beyond the food, the restaurant’s vibe is a breath of fresh air—open, airy, and light, with a modern design that truly makes you feel like you’re dining on the Mediterranean coast.

We moved on to their main menu and shared two dishes that truly blew me away. The Grilled Mediterranean Octopus was cooked to perfection, served over a creamy truffle orzo with a balsamic reduction—rich, earthy, and so well-balanced. The real showstopper, however, was the Endive Salad. This dish was an absolute cornucopia of flavor. The combination of crisp endive leaves, sweet poached Asian pear, creamy goat cheese, candied pecans, and pickled onions, all tied together with a port wine reduction, was a rare and unforgettable experience. To top off an already amazing meal, we shared a delectable Pistachio Baklava for dessert. Every single dish we tried was bursting with clean, fresh, and original flavors.

The ultimate FOMO moment comes from delaying your visit and missing out on the Endive Salad, a true cornucopia of flavor, and the wild and tasty Spicy Crispy Shrimp, which define this powerhouse of modern, unforgettable Mediterranean cuisine.

Revisit for Brunch

We recently returned to Anyday for a family brunch with my mother and Aunt Arlene, and the experience confirmed that this kitchen remains remarkably consistent. We were treated to a fantastic spread that highlighted the best of their morning menu.

Mom started us off with the Breakfast Platter, a vibrant spread featuring Serrano ham, apricot jam, and fresh mozzarella paired with heirloom tomatoes and grilled bread. Arlene opted for the Chicken & Waffles—the buttermilk fried chicken paired with a fluffy sweet potato waffle and chipotle honey drizzle was a massive hit; she mentioned they were the best she’s had in a very long time. Doris found another winner in the Short Rib Benedict, served on a rich challah bread with a lemon sriracha hollandaise that provided the perfect kick. As for myself, the Pesto Chicken Sandwich with fresh mozzarella and balsamic glaze on a ciabatta roll has officially become my favorite go-to here.

We closed out the afternoon by sharing an order of their housemade pistachio baklava, this time served with a scoop of ice cream, proving that Anyday is just as much of a powerhouse at brunch as it is at dinner.
