For the main course, you must not miss the undisputed star: the Can Can Chop (Pork) Chop, a typical island creation where the skin and fat are left on for a perfect combination full of flavor and great texture. Without a doubt, the Can Can Chop is the King of Pork Chops. The Mofongos (Chicken Breast or Shrimp, both in garlic butter sauce) were out of this world. One diner commented that it is perhaps the best Mofongo that she has ever tasted.
