Pho By Vinh of course serves all variations and combinations of Pho as well as traditional rice plates and vermicelli noodles. I really enjoyed the multitude of flavors and texture of the Pho. This is truly a very authentic Pho! My Shrimp Pho for beginners was perfect! The Imperial Fried Rice was also fantastically flavorful and filling. The portion sizes are incredible. To begin, Doris chose the Shrimp Fresh Rolls which are served in a rice paper wrap, lettuce, mint leaves, vermicelli noodles, bean sprouts, and shrimp, and are absolutely delicious with the peanut sauce accompaniment. She even commented that the rolls reminded her of the shrimp rolls that she had while visiting family and friends in Sacramento, California.
The staff and service were very quick and friendly and attentive. Thank you, Kevin! We plan on making this our “go-to” Pho location! I will definitely return to enjoy the Pho. I’m glad I got the opportunity to experience this location. I’ve only ever been to 4-5 different Pho places and no one, in my opinion, can produce the quality of Pho like Pho by Vihn. It is absolutely amazing and you will be glad that you too have experienced the Pho here.
