When the search for exceptional modern Italian cuisine leaves you overwhelmed, trust the mastery of Chef Bruno Silva and partner Umma: Livello is the unequivocal “must-visit.” The moment you approach the location, the simple, yet chic sign and the inviting leather booths hint at a unique experience. This is where classic training and operational brilliance meet culinary innovation, setting a precedent for any and all restaurants in the area.

The atmosphere is one of vibrant, intimate celebration. Chef Bruno and his crew completely gutted and rebuilt the former space, transforming it into an incredibly intimate, yet open dining space. Every detail—from the warm flatbreads presented by our server Britney to the offer of Acqua Panna by Chris A—speaks of impeccable and classically trained service. The service is so detail-oriented that even the desserts were served with chilled spoons—a practice found only in the most successful, historic institutions.

The flavors are extraordinary. Livello sets itself apart with a small permanent menu and a star bi-weekly menu that changes according to season and product availability, ensuring the highest quality product. The appetizers were showstoppers—each piece of Prosciutto di Parma wrapped fiore di latte mozzarella with fig brûlée was presented like a sushi platter, the most innovative presentation ever seen. The pan-roasted George Banks Diver scallops with pistachios and Sambuca butter were even more amazing, a true culinary delight.

For the main course, you must not miss the masterworks. The Pizza Crema Di burrata con pistachio was one of the top five pizzas that we have ever tasted, fired to perfection by master pizzaiolo Marlon Del Sol. The Troffie D’Abruzzo Black truffle carbonara was another masterful creation. However, the Herb Goat cheese & whole Grain mustard crusted Australian Lamb chops were agreed to be the best lamb chops that we have ever tasted, perfectly accompanied by a Petite Shirah. Chef Di cuisine Noah Reeves is clearly settling for nothing less than perfection.

Livello offers dining experiences that few other restaurants dare to attempt, setting a new, significantly lifted bar for local Italian restaurants. For the Grand Finale, the S’Mores Belgium chocolate mousse was a masterpiece on a plate, ending the perfect meal.

The ultimate FOMO moment comes from realizing that this is not just an Italian restaurant; it is The Italian Restaurant, serving as a culinary landmark.

This restaurant’s high expectations and commitment to quality mean tables are quickly coveted. Make reservations to guarantee your table for this truly special occasion spot. Note that they will soon offer a diverse catering menu broken up by world regions!
