When the search for a bucket-list dining experience in Miami leaves you overwhelmed, trust the iconic mansion: Gianni’s at The Villa Casa Casuarina is the unequivocal “must-do” when in South Beach. This is a good place to impress your guests, offering wonderful food and an unforgettable atmosphere.

The atmosphere is one of vibrant, opulent celebration. Dining in the former Versace Mansion is an experience in itself. The entire setting is breathtaking and certainly lives up to its reputation as an unforgettable destination. Everything about the environment is designed to deliver a sense of luxury.

The flavors are extraordinary. You absolutely must try the Lump Blue Crab Meat salad—it is incredible! It features a very generous serving of crab meat over a delicious salad with Mozzarella di Buffala, baby gem lettuce, avocado, and tomatoes. The entrees, including the grilled Maine lobster and Key West prawns, were right on point and perfectly executed. The food was wonderful overall, making you want to go back.

Gianni’s offers dining experiences that few other restaurants dare to attempt, focusing on fresh, high-end seafood. However, be aware of the pricing—the drinks are a bit overpriced, and the bottled water will run you $12 a bottle (opt for the tap water). Despite the prices, the food quality makes the experience worthwhile.

The ultimate FOMO moment comes from not leaving room for dessert, so make sure to save room for dessert!!!! The combination of stunning food and the iconic location guarantees a memorable meal.

This restaurant’s high local demand and prestige mean you should plan ahead. They are on opentable.com so don’t miss out on the points. They usually participate in restaurant month as well. They offer valet parking but there is a lot of public parking in the area for your convenience.
