🌊✨ Finally made it to Harat’s by the Sea in Lauderdale by the Sea, and it was worth the wait! 🍽️ From the moment we saw this place being built, we knew it was something special. Our rule is to give it at least a year, but when we heard they were part of Fort Lauderdale Dine Out, we couldn’t resist!
🍹 Started our experience with well-poured cocktails – a Rum and Coke for me and a Tito’s Martini with lemon and olives for Doris. Cheers to a great evening! 🥂
🥗 Appetizers were a delight! The Dublin Ireland Beet Salad with Sherry Sauce, chives, and candied walnuts was a colorful masterpiece. The Stacked Romaine Caesar Salad was crisp and topped with panko cheese croutons – both could be meals on their own.
🍽️ Onto the mains! Seafood Paella – a Spanish-inspired delight with Acquerello rice, saffron, shrimp, mussels, calamari, clams, and peas. The New York Strip Steak, a 12 oz Prime Angus Beef, was cooked to perfection with Cippolini onion and sweet pepper. Tough choice – both were amazing!
🍰 Saved room for desserts – Chocolate Lava Cake with Bailey’s Irish Cream and Key Lime Pie. Cotton candy and whipped cream added the perfect touch. In-house made goodness with top-notch quality and flavor.
👏 Harat’s by the Sea, you exceeded expectations! From the hostess to our server Ashlyn, everyone made us feel welcome. The Chef’s high standards were evident in every bite.
