Listen up, SoFlo Diners! If you haven’t visited Quick Bite Thai Sushi (470 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach), you’re seriously missing out! This tiny spot is dishing out flavors so bold, you’ll be kicking yourself for not getting there sooner. The vibe here is small and fills up quickly—we got there just after 5 PM on a Saturday to an empty dining room, but by 6:30, it was packed! Don’t miss out on this one.

The hype is real, thanks to a tip from our friends, the Raw Vegan Homboy and his wife, Rouse. I was already hooked earlier in the week after just a bite of their Fried Rice, proving the flavors here are consistently on point. We kicked things off with the Spicy Garlic Edamame, and let me tell you, it was delicious—perfectly zesty and packed with flavor. Rouse called it one of the best she’s ever had, and we weren’t arguing. This spot packs a punch and offers a great variety of authentic drinks for your enjoyment.

For my main, I opted for the Sweet Sausage Fried Rice, which is classically prepared and one of the best I’ve had in forever. Doris, a true champ, enjoyed the Papaya Salad with Shrimp and absolutely cleaned her plate. We also snagged bites of the Tofu Pad Thai and Red Curry Tofu, plus a fresh Veggie Roll that was pure bliss. This little spot easily ranks among the top Thai joints in the area. The food is delicious, the flavors are bold, and the menu packs incredible value. You definitely need to get in on this!

The ultimate FOMO moment comes from delaying your visit and missing out on that unforgettable Sweet Sausage Fried Rice (OMG that fried rice!) and the sheer satisfaction of the Papaya Salad with Shrimp, which define this powerhouse of bold, authentic Thai flavors before the lines get too long!
