When the search for a good local Italian spot leaves you overwhelmed, trust the word-of-mouth: Thick and Thin Pizzeria is the unequivocal “must-visit.” Discovered purely by luck, this restaurant is the perfect place to keep our money in the community and enjoy excellent food. This is where above-standard service meets homemade quality and a pleasant atmosphere.
The atmosphere is one of vibrant, relaxed celebration. The ambiance is pleasant, dimly lit, and nice for a date night. The fact that our first visit on a Friday night resulted in a 20-minute wait is a really good sign of its popularity. Even though you should expect a long wait on Friday and Saturday nights, the experience is worth it.
The flavors are extraordinary. You must start with the Italian wedding soup, which is definitely homemade and really good. You absolutely must try the fried calamari—it was done to perfection, tender yet crisp, and is easily the best around. We also enjoyed a specialty pie again done to perfection. The food quality, even from the appetizers, is fantastic.
Thick and Thin Pizzeria offers dining experiences that few other local spots dare to attempt, focusing on quality execution and cozy atmosphere. The service was above standard, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable meal. We will be back to try the real food from the main menu and update this review, but based on this sampling, we highly recommend this restaurant.
The ultimate FOMO moment comes from realizing the delicious food being served on the main menu. The combination of perfect appetizers and a pleasant atmosphere guarantees a quick return.
This restaurant’s high local demand means you should plan ahead for weekend visits. Fortunately, there is plenty of parking available, making your visit hassle-free.
