This spot is clearly a local favorite, often swamped, and a definite must-do.

The flavors are extraordinary. Start your meal with the silky, rich Avgolemono Soup (Greek-style chicken soup with lemon-egg sauce), which was exactly what the Doctor ordered for a cool night. For the main course, you will experience a true “Merry-Go-Round of Delicious Flavors.”

The Mediterranean Mix (Kefte, Chicken Gyro, Lamb Gyro, Falafel Balls, tzatziki, hummus, tahini, and pita) is a feast of variety and flavor. My choice, Grandma’s Favorite / Yiayia’s Yamista (stuffed cabbage leaves, stuffed pepper, and lemon potatoes), was another “Merry-Go-Round” of Sheer Deliciousness. This was one of the most tasty Mediterranean-style meals we’ve had in a long time.

On your next visit, you must not miss the crowning jewel: the Karidopita (Greek Walnut Cake with Syrup). The cake was fluffy and extra syrupy, a mouthwatering delight scented with cinnamon and ground clove.
