While the outdoor Intracoastal seating was tempting, we chose indoors for a perfect view of the immaculate open kitchen. Doris started off with a delicious, classically prepared Aperol Spritz. For our appetizer, we went with the Carpaccio, featuring thinly sliced tenderloin, arugula, and shaved parmesan. This has to be one of the best carpaccios that I have had in a very long time.

For our entrée, Doris chose the Grilled Faroe Islands Salmon, served with spinach and steamed broccoli. Known for its rich, buttery, and clean taste from the cold waters between Iceland and Norway, it was her first time having it, and definitely not her last. I asked Angelo to bring me a chicken dish, and he selected the Chicken Marsala, prepared with three pieces of chicken breast, mushrooms, and Marsala wine. Served with crispy Brussels Sprouts, the dish was perfectly balanced. We ended the meal with the house-made Tiramisu, which was another masterpiece. The service, food quality, and view make this spot truly special.
